For every time someone has come to me wanting to experience higher states of consciousness but aren't at all grounded or embodied within their body, I would be a millionaire by now 😜

In all honesty, the number of people who seem to think that spirituality is something outside of themselves is mind-boggling. (No judgment, this is what we've actually been led to believe)

My advice is, if you want to gain access to higher realms, start doing the embodied personal work to get there. 🌱💫

Healing doesn't need to be dramatic!

I have had SO many people come to me out of fear of doing breathwork after having forceful and intense sessions that pushed them past their limits of what they can handle.

I have been teaching breathwork now for 8 years, and I have seen that it doesn't need to be a forceful and intense experience.

I have seen that when you use more of a subtle, relaxed breath and keep a pace that feels good for you and find that sweet spot- that is where the transformation happens.

Are we living in a way that truly satisfies our long-term needs and desires?

It's time to deep dive into the foundations we've built. Are they solid enough to support long-lasting growth and expansion?

It's time to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and fine-tune the deeper meaning of our lives.

This isn't a moment for idleness but for proactive change.

It's time to ask yourself, 'Is this what i truly want?' If it isn't, do everything in your power to release it.

Ever sat on the fence so long you've become part of the scenery? 🌳🤔

You feel a deep fear that you will make the wrong decision and then get so paralyzed that you don't even make one?

We've all faced indecisiveness to a certain degree or that resistance to change, but when it becomes our default state that leaves us feeling stuck or paralyzed on how to move forward- that's when you know it's time to move or be dragged.

When you're feeling stuck, it's equivalent to you standing at a doorway, and you have 2 options.

1️⃣ Keep clinging to that fence, resisting the growth your soul craves ( which isn't really an option anymore)
2️⃣ Take the leap into the unknown (before the universe decides to push you off of it) 🚀

Resisting necessary change is like holding your breath underwater. You can only do it for so long before you're forced to come to the surface.

I say this all coming from my own experience, I recently made a really hard decision which i had been resisting for a long time, however i knew it's what i needed to propel me forward in my life.🌱

So here are 4️⃣ mindset shifts that changed my perspective and supported me to make the change I knew I desperately needed.

1️⃣ When you don't listen to the signs or nudges of the universe, anything holding you back from growth may be taken away, sometimes ruthlessly or painfully, or things start to go a little sideways and feels like everything is going wrong.

2️⃣ Making change and letting go of things that no longer serve you is only difficult when you are still attached to people, places, or things. So find out what you're still attached to and why?

3️⃣ It's more painful to hold on to something that no longer serves you than choosing to let it go.

4️⃣ When you have full faith and trust in your soul, everything will always work for you.

Staying the same is no longer an option.

There is a BIG distinction between approaching bre

There is a BIG distinction between approaching breathwork as a means to embark on profound self-exploration OR using it solely to seek heightened states of consciousness, or connect with E.Ts, or simply to induce euphoria.

While there is no fault in the latter pursuits – for we may all have ventured down that path at some point – my experience as a facilitator over the past eight years has revealed that this approach is somewhat of a bypass.

Experiencing these states as a natural outcome of engaging in breathwork differs significantly from actively pursuing breathwork solely for the purpose of attaining such states.

Can you discern the distinction between the two approaches?

My method is to support people to evolve and thrive through doing the necessary embodied and somatic work to get there.

No shortcuts✂️

The only way up is through.

It is then, as a natural progression of doing the deeper inner work, that you are naturally able to expand your consciousness and awaken your unique gifts.
