I am an empath, certified breathwork facilitator and breath coach, clinical herbalist, healer, craniosacral therapist, reiki master and spiritual seeker.
I have dedicated my life to evolving spiritually and studying the healing Arts.
I have been holding workshops and seeing clients 1:1 for over 8 years. It is through my combined experience of my own healing journey and working with others that I create my courses and offerings.
I help women walk in their truth and come back to their inner knowing and aligned authentic selves. I help them physically, emotionally and spiritually to evolve, heal and transform so they can live more fulfilling lives, one with more dedication, purpose and passion.
MY WHY !
I struggled for years to find my souls purpose and direction. I suffered with debilitating self-doubt and imposter syndrome, and I would compare myself to other women.
The grass was always greener somewhere else and I really struggled to be truly content with who I was and where I was.
It has been through my own personal healing and transformation and by truly coming HOME within side myself and finding my inner truth that I am able to now serve women in this way.
It is also through having my own spiritual mentors that I have been able to get to where I am today.

I lived in Malawi in Central Africa as a child. I hold memories from my time there so very close to my heart and feel like I owe part of who I am to the life experiences I had there.
I am fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. I have travelled to over 40 countries, by air, sea and van. Travel has been a constant companion, offering endless opportunities for evolution
Nature is my medicine, I learnt to surf at a young age and have always felt one with the ocean. It is one of my life’s greatest meditations, when I sit out there – just me and mumma ocean.

To me women are the creative force of nature with the infinite ability to evolve. An evolution that nurtures the evolution of life eternal.
We are all being ‘called’ in this particular time of the world’s evolution (whether we are conscious of it or not). It’s time to awaken to the truth of who we really are. To truly live in our own unique power, to create, to manifest and live in a place of truth, authenticity, integrity and find true happiness and joy from within.
I am here for the people who are truly ready to make that commitment to themselves, to fully embody what it takes to EVOLVE and become your own MASTER.
