1:1 Soul Purpose Mentorship

The three month container includes:

60 minute in depth introductory consultation
Bi-weekly therapeutic breathwork sessions and or Somatic session ( 90 mins per session. (5 total. First month is introductury consultation)
3 mentoring sessions (90 mins per session. 1 x month)
Bi-weekly audio practices and homework to support you to reach your goals
3-month goal setting with customised meditations, somatic practices, breath practices, visionary practices, self-inquiry, rituals and energy work to support you to attain your goals
Audio and video library
Continual support via telegram- weekly check ins to engage and support your process
